About me and my practice

I am an experienced, accredited Pluralistic Counsellor who puts the client at the centre of the counselling process. I use a mixture of the psychodynamic approach, Person-Centred and CBT to support my clients. I work online, meaning my clients can have the safety and comfort of their homes when they engage in their therapeutic work. At the beginning of our work together, we will set the therapeutic goals you want to achieve and assess those goals as we work through the issues. I work with adults who have experienced childhood emotional trauma.

Experience

My background is in education. I started to retrain during lockdown and completed my qualification in Hypnotherapy and Counselling in the years after. I currently work on a counselling platform and have a small private practice. I focus on several areas, mainly childhood trauma in adults, including stress, anxiety, low mood, low confidence and self-esteem, workplace and other bullying, mental health issues, loss, grief and depression.
